- By signing this Schedule, you instruct Betterway Solutions Limited to proceed with the disbursement of the above-mentioned Salary Advance Amount to you.
- You authorize Betterway Solutions Limited to deposit the post-dated cheque, directly debit your personal bank account, or recover the settlement amount of this salary advance from your employer or the collateral provided on the Salary Pay Date. You further indemnify Betterway Solutions Limited from all possible liability in this regard and confirm that this instruction is irrevocable.
- The Salary Advance Fees may be reviewed periodically by Betterway Solutions Limited and may change based on prevailing market conditions. You will be notified in writing of any changes, and you will be liable for any additional fees beyond those initially stipulated.
- If you fail to settle the Salary Advance within the applicable Facility Tenor, you will become liable to pay Salary Advance Fees at the rates applicable to the extended period based on the number of days the amount remains outstanding. If the outstanding amount remains unpaid beyond 30 (Thirty) days from the Disbursement Date, additional fees will be charged at the daily Salary Advance rate, pro-rated and applied daily from day 31 (Thirty-One) until full repayment.
